Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the Production team in Houston. This hands-on management role requires directing entry level staff, ensuring productive daily output and quality, and maintaining inventory control with a strong emphasis on safety and OSHA compliance.

You will train partners on safety policies, drive cost-effective production flow, and deliver bottom-line results while upholding Cintas standards and procedures on all shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and direct entry level production staff on a fast paced shift
• Meet daily productivity and quality requirements
• Maintain inventory control and plant safety
• Train partners on company safety policies
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and regulations
