Job summary

Ashton North LLC in Iowa is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations, manage resources, and promote a safe, efficient work environment.

You will lead teams on the floor, coordinate schedules, ensure quality, and drive continuous improvement through coaching and data-driven decisions. Ideal candidates have 1-2 years leadership in manufacturing and a high school diploma; a bachelor’s in a foundry setting is preferred.

• Coach and develop employees; support safety and training.
