Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with production management software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to meet schedules and quality.
• Lead, train, and motivate the production team.
• Monitor processes and equipment for issues.
• Ensure safety, policy, and quality compliance.
• Collaborate with maintenance, QA, and supply chain.
• Maintain production records and prepare performance reports.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce waste.
