• Strong willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Lead 1-2 small or similar production areas within the line.
• Guide union or non-union teams on the manufacturing process.
• Provide performance feedback and coaching for team development.
• Enforce quality, safety and 5S standards on the floor.
• Support maintenance, improvements, and value‑stream projects.
• Conduct root-cause analyses to resolve problems and implement improvements.
• Report and respond to product/process nonconformances.
• Sustain 5S and ensure tools/materials are available for work.
• Champion process changes and lead Kaizen events.
• Create value stream maps and standard work.
• Maintain accurate company records per policies.
