Ace Precision in Wisconsin is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead and coach a production team on the shop floor. You will monitor safety, quality, and efficiency while guiding associates to meet daily goals.

In this role you’ll plan workloads with Production Control, interpret blueprints, and drive improvements in throughput and process reliability. A background in manufacturing leadership and a commitment to safety are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Manufacturing, Business, or related field; 3+ years supervisory experience.
• MS Office proficiency (Word/Excel) is essential.
• Hands-on leader with strong safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Motivate, develop, and direct an engaged production team.
• Identify developmental needs and help employees grow.
• Monitor production for quality, housekeeping, and safety compliance.
• Interpret drawings, routings, and specifications; plan with other supervisors to boost productivity.
