Qualifications

• Reads and understands work instructions in English.

• Capable of working safely in a loud, fast-paced environment with heavy equipment.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and Push/Pull up to 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Oversees assigned production area or department to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Trains new and current employees on safe production practices and company policies.
• Reviews workflows and productivity to meet production goals and profitability.
• Participates in department and market center meetings to support education and training.
• Maintains positive employee relations and enforces policies and procedures.
• Supervises multiple department areas and leads day-to-day operations.
• Supports standardization efforts to align with safety, financial, and service goals.
