Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking a hands-on Shift Lead for assembly/ integration on site in Phoenix, AZ. You will run the daily shift, manage crews, ensure safety, quality, and output, and drive accountability on the factory floor.

You will coach on the spot, document important actions, and maintain a clean, organized work area. Bonus: mechanical/electrical assembly, startup ramps, lean daily management, and bilingual English/Spanish.

• You've supervised assembly or integration crews building complex products.
• You've held a shift to takt and communicated clearly when it broke.
• Your crews are safe on your watch and can say why.
• You coach on the spot and document when it matters.
• You run a clean, organized area by habit.

Responsibilities

• Run an integration shift: crew, safety, quality, and output owned hour by hour as modules get fitted out.
• Lead assemblers and technicians directly: assignments, coaching, and accountability on the floor.
• Execute the daily plan and elevate misses with causes, not excuses.
• Enforce the standards: work instructions followed, torque specs met, 5S held.
