Job summary

Fluidstack is hiring for a Data Center Operations leadership role focused on running and scaling large GPU fleets. You will own fleet availability, define SLOs, and build automation to keep hundreds or thousands of nodes healthy while expanding capacity for AI workloads.

The role requires proven SRE leadership, experience with automation, and familiarity with GPU/ HPC environments; Kubernetes or Slurm familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• You've moved an availability number and can explain exactly how.
• You've shipped automated remediation that retired a runbook.
• You hire and grow strong engineers, and they say so.
