Job summary

Fluidstack operates a Phoenix production facility focused on rapid ramp-ups and end-to-end production oversight. The role leads supervisors, builds the team from ramp crew to full workforce, and runs a structured daily management system to ensure on-time output with strong safety and quality controls.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience in heavy manufacturing, demonstrated success in launching teams, and a practice of keeping boards current with action closures.
