Job summary

You will oversee daily production activities, coach employees, monitor quality, and coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Logistics while promoting Lean, 5S, and continuous-improvement initiatives. Overtime may be required.

• Lead daily production meetings and provide clear shift handoffs.
• Maintain accurate production, quality, downtime, and labor records.

Production Supervisor

Position Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead employees in a specialized manufacturing environment. The company produces ground-protection products.

This position will oversee Operators, Assemblers, Utility employees, and Material Handlers while ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Experience with composites, fiberglass, plastics, fabrication, industrial assembly, or similar manufacturing is a plus.


• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.


• Understanding of workplace safety and quality-control practices.


• Ability to read and follow production instructions.


• Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced manufacturing environment.


• Basic computer and production-reporting skills.


• Lean manufacturing, 5S, or continuous-improvement experience is helpful.


• Ability to work overtime when needed.
