Global Finishing Solutions (GFS) is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a team that turns raw materials into paint booths and finishing systems. You’ll coach employees, balance production priorities, and advance safety, quality, and productivity across North America.

You’ll drive continuous improvement, manage schedules, and collaborate with engineering, quality, and maintenance to meet customer commitments. The role emphasizes development and accountability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or additional manufacturing education preferred.
• 7+ years of manufacturing experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to motivate teams and drive performance improvements.
• Experience managing production schedules, staffing priorities, and daily operations.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, delivery, and productivity in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, production documents, and metrics.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving in fast-paced environments.

Transparent Rewards

At GFS, we recognize the dedication behind every role and ensure that our compensation reflects both your impact and our shared success.

Pay Range: $71,374 - $89,847 per year, based on your experience, skills, and qualifications.

Bonus Eligibility: This position is eligible for an annual individual incentive based on company performance. Maximum bonus amounts may vary depending on role.

Actual compensation will be determined by factors including experience, education, certifications, skill level, and market conditions. For remote or hybrid positions, the listed pay range applies to applicants in the specified location.
