Job summary

Global Finishing Solutions, LLC in Osseo, Wisconsin, is seeking a Production Supervisor I for 2nd shift to lead a dedicated manufacturing team building paint booths and finishing systems.

You will coach, develop leaders, manage schedules, monitor SQDC metrics, and partner with engineering, quality, and maintenance to keep safety, quality, delivery, and cost on track.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or manufacturing education preferred.
• 7+ years of manufacturing experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to motivate teams, build accountability, and drive measurable performance improvements.
• Experience managing production schedules, staffing priorities, and daily manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, delivery, and productivity expectations within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, production documents, and operational metrics.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives and driving operational excellence.

• Develop a flexible workforce through training, cross-training, and employee development initiatives that strengthen the entire team.
• Partner with operations, engineering, quality, maintenance, and leadership teams to solve problems and continuously improve processes.
• Drive efficiency by identifying opportunities to reduce waste, improve workflow, and increase productivity.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, performance management, and employee development efforts while fostering a positive and engaged work environment.
• Serve as a trusted leader who sets clear expectations, recognizes achievements, and helps employees succeed.

Transparent Rewards

At GFS, we recognize the dedication behind every role and ensure that our compensation reflects both your impact and our shared success.

Pay Range:

$71,374 – $89,847 per year, based on your experience, skills, and qualifications.

Bonus Eligibility:

This position is eligible for an annual individual incentive based on company performance. Maximum bonus amounts may vary depending on role.
