UniFirst is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Production Supervisor to join our team. As a Production Supervisor, you will lead the production team and drive performance. We offer a 5-day work week with weekends off, immediate opening, and on-the-job training.

Responsibilities:

  • Train, mentor, and guide plant personnel, maintaining morale and safety.
  • Schedule and ensure adequate trained staff on the floor.
  • Report and resolve operational, manufacturing, and maintenance issues.
  • Perform production reporting on incentives and productivity.
  • Inspect machines and equipment for optimal performance.
  • Develop or revise operational practices and ensure safety compliance.
  • Implement quality programs and resolve worker grievances.
  • Follow all safety policies, HACCP, and medical guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
  • Must be 21 or older.
  • Preferred: Two-year degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 2-4 years of related experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs., analyze data, read technical documents, and communicate effectively.
  • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
