Responsibilities:

• Train, mentor, and motivate staff while maintaining morale and safety.
• Schedule and ensure adequate trained personnel on the plant floor.
• Report and resolve operational and maintenance issues to stay within budget.
• Monitor production metrics and report on incentives and productivity.
• Inspect machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with management to develop and enforce operational standards and safety regulations.
• Implement quality programs as per company policies.
• Address worker grievances in coordination with management.
• Follow all safety, HACCP, and medical guidelines.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or G.E.D. required; college degree preferred.
• At least 21 years old.
• 2-4 years of related experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
