Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2+ years of direct supervisory experience in a food or beverage manufacturing environment; three or more years preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety principles (HACCP, GMPs) and sanitation practices.
• HACCP certification strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, including training, coaching, and accountability for performance.
• Ability to monitor quality, safety, and production efficiency; good communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Aufgaben

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to achieve goals.
• Maintain high standards for product quality, food safety, sanitation, and safety.
• Provide leadership, training, and development to production staff.
• Manage scheduling, performance, and resource availability to meet production targets.
• Communicate with Sales and Operations to align priorities and on-time delivery.
• Ensure GMPs, HACCP, OSHA, SOPs, SSOPs and plant policies are followed.
• Promote a safe, clean, and productive manufacturing environment.
• Monitor processes and identify opportunities for efficiency and quality improvements.
