Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of direct supervisory experience in a food/beverage manufacturing environment.
• HACCP knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities and lead a team to meet goals.
• Maintain product quality, food safety, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Provide training, coaching, and development to employees.
• Manage scheduling, monitor performance, and meet targets.
• Ensure adequate resources to meet production schedules.
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations for on-time orders.
• Ensure GMP, HACCP, OSHA, SOPs, SSOPs are followed.
• Promote a safe, clean, and productive manufacturing environment.
• Support plant inspections and continuous improvement.
