Job summary

Responsibilities include leading a team of 10–20, coordinating with maintenance, and applying PDCA for continuous improvements while working toward cost and delivery goals. A strong background in manufacturing is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• College degree or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Previous experience in Manufacturing or production environment.
• Must have experience using a PC and business information systems/software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the Safety of our People and our products.
• Troubleshoot equipment individually and through coaching of the operators when there is downtime.
• Work with the operations department to facilitate a teamwork approach and balance line flow.
• Define project priorities and provide direction to production staff to meet goals.
• Provide leadership, set expectations, and give performance feedback.
