• Ability to lead union associates and adherence to 5S and lean principles.

Shift:Must be flexible- will likely benights- 4:00 PM - 4:00 AM - 3/3/1 rotation, every other weekend off

Compensation: $75-80k base salary DOE, overtime pay, bonus opportunity, relocation

Location: Memphis, TN (South Memphis area)

Global food manufacturer is in search of an experiencedProduction Supervisorto join its team, focused on leadership offood manufacturinglines within its state-of-the-art, heavily-automated facility inMemphis, TN. This position will supervise hourly associates on automated processing and packaging lines and will be accountable for production targets, safety, and quality within the plant.

Key requirements to be considered for this opportunity:

• BS Degree
• At least 2-3 years of demonstrated production leadership experience within a highly automatedfood manufacturing plant.
• Strong knowledge ofFDAandUSDAregulations, as well asGMPsandHACCP / SQF / GFSI / PCQIstandards
• Ability to leadunionassociates from the floor, including adherence to5Sand lean manufacturing principles
• Must have excellent communication skills and systems ability
• Flexibility with shift is absolutely essential - this role will likely be assigned to the NIGHT shift, 4:00 PM - 4:00 AM - 3/3/1 rotation with every other weekend off
• Stable work history
