We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead operations at our Fort Worth manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for ensuring production goals are met across safety, quality, cost, delivery, people, and environment (SQCDPE) metrics through effective leadership, scheduling, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day production activities to meet output, quality, and cost targets.
• Optimize workforce, equipment, and material utilization.
• Analyze production and maintenance reports; troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, SQF, and internal safety and quality standards.
• Maintain strong employee relations and enforce company policies; manage performance and discipline as needed.
• Ensure readiness for internal and external inspections and audits.
• Drive adherence to KPIs and daily production schedules.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and distribution teams to coordinate materials and workflow.
• Conduct safety audits, investigations, and incident follow-ups.
• Ensure team training compliance and manage shift payroll documentation.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing or CPG operations.
• Background in processing and packaging systems preferred.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing, OH&S regulations, and Quality Assurance systems.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Proficiency with CMMS, ERP, MES systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
