Schedule is 2:00 AM–2:00 PM, Monday–Thursday with overtime Fridays as needed. Pay up to $75,000/year, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma/GED. Associates or College degree is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in a Manufacturing setting
• Sitting, standing, walking, bending, and twisting as required
• Will be exposed to extreme environmental conditions (hot, cold, humid)
• Occasional lifting from grams up to 50 pounds
• General office equipment, PC with various software (Microsoft office 365)

• Supervise and support production employees - Assembly
• Coordinate daily production activities and workflow
• Monitor safety, quality, productivity, and attendance
• Train and coach team members
• Help troubleshoot production issues and keep operations moving
• Communicate effectively with employees and management
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment
