Job summary

48forty-Solutions, LLC in Keller, TX is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a warehouse crew and oversee production, efficiencies, and employee development. This role also serves as On-Site Manager in the supervisor's absence, ensuring the site's overall success.

The position offers $22.00/hr, Monday–Friday 7:00am–3:00pm, at the Keller location with full-time benefits and a strong emphasis on safety and quality in pallet management services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of applicable experience, preferably in manufacturing, supply chain/logistics, or distribution environments, 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Demonstrated ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedural instruction manuals.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Experience in MS Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Forklift, yard truck, and sort machine certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate expectations and goals daily, weekly and monthly to the employees on their shift.
• Promote a safe working environment and help ensure Safety Standards are met.
• Conduct Safety and shift start-up meetings with the employees and establish expectations for them.
• Accurately complete daily production paperwork.
• Load and unload materials from trailers.
• Move pallets or materials on pallets or in crates around the storage facility.
• Stack pallets or materials in the correct manner, following inventory control instructions.
• Ensure loads are secure.
• Perform daily equipment checks on all Industrial power equipment.
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.
• Maintain a clean & safe working environment that meets Relogistics standards.
• Assist with forklift driver duties, supplying and retrieving pallets or materials to/from different areas while tracking movements.
• Other duties as assigned
