Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the CVG200 402 facility in Florence, KY. You will coordinate daily production schedules, monitor processes, and mentor staff to meet quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years’ manufacturing experience with 1–2 years in supervision.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles and quality control.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate, train and develop a diverse team.
• Proficiency with manufacturing software and MS Office.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing.
