Job summary

Georgia-Pacific is seeking a hands-on supervisor to lead a corrugated manufacturing team. You’ll drive safety, quality, and delivery while fostering teamwork and mentorship across hourly staff.

You will champion waste reduction and production excellence, partnering with cross-functional teams to transform the facility toward operational excellence and sustained value creation.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Experience in corrugated manufacturing
  • Supervisory or team leadership or training/mentorship experience
What Will Put You Ahead
  • Experience working in a unionized environment
  • Familiarity with KIWI or similar production systems
  • Knowledge of SQF or BRC standards and compliance
