Danfoss is seeking a hands-on manufacturing supervisor to lead daily production activities in a dynamic environment. You will coach operators and team leaders, drive root-cause problem solving, and build high-performing teams focused on safety, quality, and efficiency.

You will promote 5S, continuous improvement, and a culture of accountability while ensuring seamless operations and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of experience supervising or leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Solid understanding of production, safety, and quality expectations in an industrial setting.
• Ability to coach employees, manage performance, and handle day-to-day people decisions.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
