Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
• Eight or more years of experience in manufacturing environment with at least six years in a production leadership role highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of company products, processes, and lean principles to train and lead others required
• Excellent customer service skills required
• Excellent communication skills required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook) required
• Strong analytical, planning, organizational, and time management skills required

TK Elevator is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Byhalia, TN facility.

This role is responsible for leading and directing the activities of employees within a production department in compliance with company standards, processes, and LEAN principles to maximize utilization of all employees and equipment.
