Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
- Eight or more years of experience in manufacturing environment with at least six years in a production leadership role highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of company products, processes, and lean principles to train and lead others required
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Excellent communication skills required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook) required
- Strong analytical, planning, organizational, and time management skills required
- Knowledge of safe manufacturing operations, OSHA standards, product quality, throughput, and cost control required

TK Elevator is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Byhalia, TN facility.
This role is responsible for leading and directing the activities of employees within a production department in compliance with company standards, processes, and LEAN principles to maximize utilization of all employees and equipment.
Essential Job Functions:
- Lead manufacturing strategies to meet business performance expectations
- Evaluate and improve production efficiency
- Provide work direction to meet customer needs
- Plan and lead workflow under the direction of the Production Manager
- Develop systems and procedures to produce quality, cost-efficient products
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure fair and consistent employment practices
- Lead activities of hourly employees to ensure maximum utilization
- Identify and resolve product and process issues
- Analyze and audit standard work for efficiency
- Lead root cause analysis and implement solutions
- Train, coach, and engage employees for safety and performance
- Remove constraints to efficiency
- Develop and maintain performance metrics
- Collaborate on safety initiatives and respond to hazards
