Job summary

IKO Industries is seeking recent engineering graduates to join the Building Future Leaders Program as Production Supervisors. You will lead shift teams to ensure safe, high‑quality production and comply with environmental and process standards.

Throughout the 24‑month program you will engage with executives, receive mentorship, and explore multiple facets of IKO’s manufacturing operations before moving into related roles.

Qualifications

• Recent engineering graduate or similar with leadership potential.
• Strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills for reporting.
• Ability to work at heights and lift up to 30 lbs when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead production operations during the shift to meet safety and quality standards.
• Participate in the 24‑month BFL Program and collaborate with peers and mentors.
• Drive continuous improvement and safe, compliant manufacturing practices.
