Job summary

IKO Industries Ltd. in Texas invites recent engineering graduates to join the Building Future Leaders Program as Production Supervisors. You will lead shifts, focus on safety, environmental and process compliance, and participate in a 24-month development program with mentorship and executive exposure.

Upon completion, you may move to other roles within IKO. The program emphasizes leadership, continuous improvement, and working at an industry leader in manufacturing across North America.

Qualifications

• Senior or recent graduate in Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel (advanced), Word, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Must be able to stand and walk frequently and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead production operations for the duration of your shift.
• Maintain safety, environmental and process compliance awareness.
• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Document production activities and prepare reports and checklists.
• Facilitate effective meetings and communicate with all levels of the organization.
