Job summary

IKO Industries Ltd. is launching the Building Future Leaders Program – Production Supervisor, a 24‑month development path for new grads joining our production teams. Roles are at Seville, OH and other eligible U.S. sites; program includes executive mentoring and plant tours.

Successful candidates will lead shift operations, ensure safety, environment and quality standards, and prepare for broader roles within IKO after program completion. Fluency in English and physical capacity are required.

Qualifications

• Senior (Expected May 2027 Grad) or Recent Graduate (within 12 months) in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent Engineering program.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel (advanced functionality), MS Word, MS Power Point & Adobe Acrobat.
• Critical thinking skills and high degree of organization are a must.
• Must be able to stand and walk frequently, and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead production operations for the shift with a focus on safety, environment and process compliance.
• Participate in the 24-month Building Future Leaders Program and rotate through plant locations.
• Support continuous improvement and drive accountability with direct reports.
