Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Bosch operations experience preferred.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to read, write and speak English and math.
• A legal right to work in the United States
• Must pass a drug screen and a background check in accordance with HWP standards.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate production capability of all encapsulation operators and ensure machines run at high quality.
• Assess maintenance needs and prioritize requests to minimize downtime.
• Manage crewing of encapsulation operators: assign tasks and communicate expectations.
• Facilitate staff training including Alchemy and On the Job.
• Inspect capsules per guidelines to ensure quality standards.
• Assist Supervisor with planning, coordination, and control of encapsulation processes for on-time delivery.
• Track resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime.
• Maintain GMP, SOP, GDP compliance throughout the production area.
• Review batch records for completeness and accuracy.
• Collaborate with quality control to identify and resolve production issues.
• Support the production team to achieve KPI targets and report daily.
