Base Pay Range

$65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Job Responsibilities:

• Bottling
• Material Ordering
• Inventory Management
• Manufacturing Cost Calculation and Data Input/Management using Excel
• Plant Safety and Sanitation
• Supervision of plant staff (including communication with temp agencies)
• Supporting plant manager with other tasks

Requirements:

• Native Japanese speaker, Business-level English
• Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills
• Sense of responsibility and good communication skills for staff management
• Interest in plant operations and management
• Willingness to learn; entry-level candidates are welcome
• Basic PC skills

Work Hours: 7 AM to 3:30 PM, Sunday to Thursday (Fridays and Saturdays off).
