Job Overview :

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for driving results in a fast-paced, automated manufacturing environment? We're looking for a Production Supervisor to join our team and lead by example in a dynamic production setting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise daily operations on the production floor to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets
• Oversee automated equipment, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with maintenance when needed
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of production employees
• Monitor KPIs, production schedules, and workflow efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and manufacturing best practices
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Maintenance, and Logistics

Requirements :

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong background working with automated systems or machinery
• Proven ability to lead in a high-speed, high-volume setting
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiatives
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus

Physical Requirements :

This role requires active physical engagement, including standing, walking, bending, stooping, climbing, and lifting items over 50 pounds. Weekend work may be required based on job demands.
