We design, develop, and manufacture creative lighting with a broad product line and offer custom designs as needed.

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager for the Final Assembly Department to supervise the department, provide technical direction, prioritize work, ensure adequate resources, and guarantee

Qualifications

3–5 years of supervisory experience in assembly within a manufacturing environment.
Relevant college degree with 1+ years of manufacturing experience.
Strong organizational and computer skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

Provide technical direction and prioritize work for department staff.
Ensure the proper resources are available for production, including materials, tools, and labor.
Monitor raw material usage and coordinate orders as needed.
Ensure assembly schedules and production requirements are met.
Ensure proper documentation is completed and processed.
Provide hands-on technical knowledge of assembly processes and troubleshoot production-related issues.
Perform other related duties as required.

This position is responsible for the overall supervision of the department, providing technical direction, prioritizing work, ensuring appropriate production resources are available, and making sure assembly schedules and quality expectations are met.

Fine Art Handcrafted Lighting está buscando un(a) Gerente de Producción con experiencia para supervisar nuestro Departamento de Ensamblaje Final. Esta posición será responsable de la supervisión general del departamento, proporcionar dirección técnica, priorizar el trabajo, garantizar la disponibilidad de los recursos necesarios para la producción y asegurar el cumplimiento de los programas de ensamblaje y los estándares de calidad.

Responsabilidades Principales

Proporcionar dirección técnica y priorizar el trabajo del personal del departamento.
Asegurar la disponibilidad de los recursos necesarios para la producción, incluyendo materiales, herramientas y mano de obra.
Supervisar el uso de materias primas y coordinar pedidos según sea necesario.
Garantizar el cumplimiento de los programas y requisitos de producción y ensamblaje.
Asegurar que la documentación correspondiente sea completada y procesada correctamente.
Contar con conocimiento técnico y experiencia práctica en procesos de ensamblaje y resolución de problemas relacionados con la producción.
Realizar otras tareas relacionadas según sea necesario.

Requisitos

3–5 años de experiencia supervisando operaciones de ensamblaje dentro de un entorno de manufactura; O
Título universitario relacionado con 1+ años de experiencia en manufactura.
Sólidas habilidades organizativas e informáticas.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales.
Bilingüe inglés/español requerido.
