What You’ll Do / Lo Que Harás

• Verifies quality of finished pieces in accordance with company and customer requirements.

• Handles and resolves work and employee issues as needed.
• Gestiona y resuelve el trabajo y los problemas de los empleados según sea necesario.
• Continually trains and develops employees to facilitate job growth and cross training.

• Participates in hiring, performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
