Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a proactive Production Supervisor in the United States, Massachusetts. You will supervise production flow, assist with training, and uphold morale and safety on site. The role works under directives of management and aims to meet company goals and policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Two-year degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• 2–4 years of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support production process flow.
• Support training of plant personnel.
• Support morale and safety at the location.
• Report operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems as they arise.
• Support production data entry and report review.
• Support inventory management.
• Collaborate with Production Management to address team concerns.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
