Job summary

UniFirst Corporation is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the production team and drive top-level performance. You will supervise plant operations under direction of the Assistant Production Manager and align with company policies, with a 5-day work week and weekends off.

On-the-job training is provided to quickly integrate into the team. This role emphasizes overseeing process flow, staff training, morale, safety, and reporting issues, while supporting inventory and data entry.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED required; a 2-year degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record required.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Strong math and data interpretation skills.
• Good verbal and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support production process flow.
• Support training of plant personnel.
• Support morale and safety at the location.
• Report operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems as they arise.
• Support production data entry and report review.
• Support inventory management.
• Collaborate with Production Management to address team concerns.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
