Batchline Solutions is seeking a Production Supervisor for our food manufacturing facility at 90 Stemmers Lane, Westampton, NJ 08060. You will oversee operations teams, ensure on-time delivery, and drive improvements while maintaining Batchline Solutions’ standards for quality and safety.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, can lead cross-functional teams, and work in refrigerated and sometimes dark conditions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory/management experience in fast-paced manufacturing.
• Experience overseeing large-scale manufacturing warehouse or startup operations.
• Ability to communicate duties, procedures, and policies clearly in English.
• Ability to work in refrigerated environments (-9 to -42 Fahrenheit) and sometimes in dark areas.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee labor, safety, quality and overall process effectiveness in operations.
• Implement productivity, quality and customer service standards; resolve issues and complete audits.
• Analyze workflow, space and equipment requirements; implement changes as needed.
• Provide hands-on management for pick, pack, and food handling processes.
• Guide and support assigned teams; approve timecards and ensure monthly trainings.
• Ensure SOPs, SSOPs, and GMPs are followed across the facility.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support ERP/Navision data integrity.
• Maintain clean, neat, and organized production areas and a safe work environment.

Our team of culinary experts includes award-winning chefs, presidents of iconic food brands, and over 70 years of combined business, operations, and technology experience - not to mention, an unwavering passion for food.We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced individuals to fill the Production Supervisor role at our food manufacturing facility located at 90 Stemmers Lane, Westampton, NJ 08060. The primary responsibilities of this role is assist in overseeing and leading the Operations teams. The person in this role will lead and coordinate all operations teams assigned to ensure that we deliver our boxes on time and up to Batchline Solutions standards to exceed the expectations of both internal and external customers. The Production Supervisor will drive operational efficiencies in the assigned area by managing daily tasks ensuring adherence to processes and procedures. He or she will be committed to producing quality products in accordance with food and safety guidelines.What will you be doing:* Assist in overseeing labor, safety, quality and overall system and process effectiveness In the Operations areas.* Implement productivity, quality and customer service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends.* Assist in analyzing process workflow, employee and space requirements and equipment layout; implement changes.* Assist in providing hands-on management for Batchline Solutions' manual and automated pick and pack distribution, and food handling processes.* Provide leadership and daily guidance to the assigned team; this includes tasks such as approving timecards and ensuring all monthly training is completed by each team member.* Ensure that all SOP's, SSOP's and GMP's are always being followed through the facility.* Assist with inventory counts to ensure accuracy and efficiencies.* Ensure that ERP system (Navision) is current, accurate and has all needed information daily* Conduct assigned daily checklist and End of Shift handoff.* Ensure that all areas of the production areas are clean, neat, and organized.* Ensure a safe working environment for all team members, in compliance with all federal, state and local agencies.* Oversee and exceed expectations for productivity, daily workflow and accuracy.* Help develop a culture of excellence while holding the team accountable for the core values.* Develop career growth opportunities for other team members.* Maintain accurate staffing levels for production, partnering with Human Resources for forecasting.* Complete training as assigned.* Must follow Company policies and procedures* Any other duties as assigned.## Qualifications**Who you are and why you're right for us:*** 2+ years of progressive supervisory and management experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (preferably in the food or agricultural industry) running a large-scale manufacturing warehouse, and/or working in operations at a start-up.* Ability to communicate duties, task policies and procedures to the team through hands on and classroom style learning.* Ability to plan and prioritize workload, read and follow written and /or verbal instructions accurately in English.* Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (-9o-42o Fahrenheit) for 8 or more hours and in some instances, in a dark environment.
