Job summary

Batchline Solutions seeks a Production Supervisor for our Westampton, NJ facility to lead operations teams and ensure timely, quality-focused box production. The role requires overseeing safety, quality, and process adherence while driving efficiencies and labor management in a refrigerated setting.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $65,000–$75,000 per year, full-time hours, and a 1st shift. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k) with match, PTO, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive supervisory experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to communicate duties and procedures clearly in English.
• Ability to plan workloads and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (-9 to -42 Fahrenheit) for long shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with ERP-based inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing labor, safety, quality and overall system and process effectiveness.
• Implement productivity, quality and customer service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends.
• Assist in analyzing process workflow, employee and space requirements and equipment layout; implement changes.
• Assist in providing hands-on management for Batchline Solutions’ manual and automated pick and pack distribution, and food handling processes.
• Provide leadership and daily guidance to the assigned team; this includes approving timecards and ensuring monthly training is completed.
• Ensure that all SOP’s, SSOP’s and GMP’s are always being followed through the facility.
• Assist with inventory counts to ensure accuracy and efficiencies.
• Ensure that ERP Navision is current, accurate and has all needed information daily.
• Conduct assigned daily checklist and End of Shift handoff.
• Ensure that all areas of the production areas are clean, neat, and organized.
• Ensure a safe working environment for all team members, in compliance with all federal, state and local agencies.
• Oversee and exceed expectations for productivity, daily workflow and accuracy.
• Help develop a culture of excellence while holding the team accountable for the core values.
• Develop career growth opportunities for other team members.
• Maintain accurate staffing levels for production, partnering with Human Resources for forecasting.
• Complete training as assigned.
• Must follow Company policies and procedures
• Any other duties as assigned.

The primary responsibilities of this role is assist in overseeing and leading the Operations teams. The person in this role will lead and coordinate all operations teams assigned to ensure that we deliver our boxes on time and up to Batchline Solutions standards to exceed the expectations of both internal and external customers.
