Job summary

TreeHouse Foods in Marietta, GA is seeking a Production Supervisor for the third shift to lead operators and technicians, ensuring safe, efficient production and adherence to quality standards at our tea plant.

You will oversee daily production, coordinate workflows, train staff, monitor performance, and collaborate with quality and engineering teams. Strong leadership and SAP ERP experience are preferred; this is a full-time, on-site role with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
• 3–5 years in production/manufacturing environment; 1–2 years in a supervisory role preferred.
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• ERP (SAP) experience strongly preferred; knowledge of safety regulations and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and assign day-to-day tasks to production workers; ensure targets and schedules are met.
• Coordinate production workflows; monitor lines and ensure equipment and materials are available.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies across all processes.
• Conduct training for new hires and existing staff; maintain and develop skills.
• Monitor worker performance; provide constructive feedback and corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure products meet quality standards through inspections and testing; identify and resolve quality issues with QC/Engineering.
• Monitor processes to prevent defects and minimize waste; oversee routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant production area; conduct safety audits and meetings.
