Reporting to the Sr. Manufacturing Manager, the General Production Supervisor will focus on providing best-in‑class customer service by managing the day‑to‑day operations of their manufacturing department(s), ensuring safety protocols are followed, production schedules are met, and quality standards are maintained. This role must be self‑motivated with the ability to motivate a production team through clear communication. They must be able to drive accountability through setting clear expectations, maintaining consistency and ensuring timely follow‑up. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving. The General Production Supervisor is responsible for identifying and resolving safety issues and being a positive champion of safety and our culture.
This role will start on the 3rd shift, 6:00 PM ‑ 4:30 AM, with first preference to join the day shift if an opening is available.
