PS Seasoning in Wisconsin is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 3rd shift to oversee daily operations and drive performance. You will lead production staff, manage schedules, and uphold quality and safety standards in a fast-paced plant environment.

The role emphasizes proactive leadership, strong communication, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely fulfillment across lines and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework is a plus.
• 2–5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a production or manufacturing setting (food industry experience and ingredient blending are a bonus!)
• Strong communication skills—English required, Spanish bilingual a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; ADP and ERP systems experience a plus
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently
• Solid organizational skills and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
• Confidence in working with cross-functional and multilingual teams
• Production Hours run (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am)

Responsibilities
