Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Elmsford, NY

Pay Range: $80 - $95 (DOE)

Shift: 3rd shift (Monday to Friday) from 11pm to 7:30 am

What’s the Job?

1. Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members.
2. Manage line efficiencies, key performance indicators, and downtime.
3. Monitor the production process, make periodic checks, and adjust equipment or work practices according to standard operating procedures.
4. Ensure equipment in the area assigned is in working order and that working conditions are safe at all times.
5. Verify the readiness of the production line at start-up and supervise changeovers.

What do you bring?

1. High school diploma or GED required.
2. Bachelor's degree preferred.
3. 1-3 years production/manufacturing experience.
4. Experience managing people and budgets.
5. 2+ years supervising production staff preferred.
6. Basic computer and database application skills.
7. Forklift certification is a plus.
