Job summary

Koch Foods Inc. seeks a dedicated supervisor for the Pine Mountain Valley, GA facility to lead a 3rd shift team. You will coach, develop and motivate staff while ensuring safety, quality and production plans are met.

Responsibilities include scheduling, enforcing food safety programs, and continuous improvement through positive leadership. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. This role involves working in a fast-paced plant environment with OSHA, GMPs and HACCP adherence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Bachelor degree in Poultry Science, Animal Science, Business Management, or related field preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient technology, computer, mathematical and analytical skills.
• General knowledge of plant operations, food safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, GMPs and HACCP.
• Sound work ethic, honesty and strong character.

Requirements

Physical Requirements

• Occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
• Exposure to noise (>85 decibels), CO2, and moving production lines.
• Exposure to damp, wet, and cold environments.
• Work around live and/or raw animal odors.
