Job summary

Cintas Corporation in Nashville seeks a Production Supervisor to lead and direct the Production team on 3rd shift. You will hire, train and guide entry-level staff, oversee daily production flow, ensure quality targets are met, and manage inventory while maintaining a strong safety culture.

This management role combines hands-on leadership with accountability for safety and productivity, and offers exposure to a large, national organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Job description

Cintas isseeking a Production Supervisor to lead and direct our Production team. Responsibilities include hiring,training and directing individuals who are performing entry level production positions on one of our fast paced shifts; meeting daily productivity and quality requirements; maintaining inventory control; maintaining safety in the plant;training partners on company safety policies; ensuringcompliance with OSHA standards and regulations;and emphasizinga culture of safety at the location overall. This is a management position, with hands‑on responsibility and accountability for daily production flow and bottom line results.

• High School Diploma or GED;Bachelor'sdegree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Valid driver's license

• Ability to handle the physical requirements of the position, including repeated bending, stretching, twistingand lifting
• Ability to set and prioritize goals
