Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks a Production Supervisor to lead and direct our Production team on a fast-paced shift, focusing on meeting daily productivity and quality standards. You will hire, train, and guide entry-level staff, maintain inventory accuracy, and uphold safety policies across the plant.

The role requires hands-on management, accountability for daily production flow, and a commitment to OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma or GED.
• Required: Valid driver's license.
• Preferred: Ability to handle the physical requirements (bending, stretching, twisting, lifting).
• Preferred: Ability to set and prioritize goals.
• Preferred: Availability to start within two weeks after offer.

Cintas isseeking a Production Supervisor to lead and direct our Production team. Responsibilities include hiring,training and directing individuals who are performing entry level production positions on one of our fast paced shifts; meeting daily productivity and quality requirements; maintaining inventory control; maintaining safety in the plant;training partners on company safety policies; ensuringcompliance with OSHA standards and regulations;and emphasizinga culture of safety at the location overall. This is a management position, with hands-on responsibility and accountability for daily production flow and bottom line results.
