Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and direct our Production team on the 3rd shift. The role includes hiring, training and directing entry-level staff, while ensuring daily productivity and quality targets are met and inventory is kept under control.

The supervisor will maintain a strong culture of safety, train partners on safety policies, and ensure OSHA compliance across the plant. This is a hands-on management position with accountability for daily production flow.

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Required: Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Production team on a fast-paced shift.
• Hire, train and direct entry-level production staff.
• Ensure daily productivity and quality targets are met and maintain inventory control.
• Uphold safety in the plant and train partners on safety policies; ensure OSHA compliance.
