Job Summary:

Direct and monitor activities of production personnel and manage resources employed in the manufacturing of packaging solutions.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Qualifications

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent;
• At least 3 years in a manufacturing environment with 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role;
• High-level knowledge of machinery and production systems.

Preferred Skills/Attributes:

• Associate Degree (preferred);
• Experience with Blow or Injection Molding (a plus);
• Understanding of a union environment (preferred);
• Drive for continuous improvement;
• Computer skills.
