Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and direct our Production team in Nashville, TN. The role involves hiring, training and directing entry-level workers on a fast-paced shift, with a focus on meeting daily productivity and quality targets.

You will maintain inventory control, uphold safety standards, train partners on safety policies, and ensure OSHA compliance while driving daily production flow and bottom-line results. This is a hands-on management position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to handle physical requirements including bending, stretching, twisting, and lifting.
• Ability to set and prioritize goals.
• Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted.

This is a management position, with hands‑on responsibility and accountability for daily production flow and bottom line results.
