Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and direct our Production team on the 3rd shift. You will hire, train and direct entry level production staff to meet daily productivity and quality targets while maintaining inventory control and a safe working environment.

This is a hands‑on management role with accountability for daily production flow and bottom‑line results, including ensuring OSHA compliance and promoting a culture of safety across the location.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Production team on assigned shifts to meet daily productivity and quality targets
• Maintain inventory control and ensure accurate material handling
• Uphold plant safety and OSHA compliance while training partners on safety policies
• Drive day‑to‑day production flow and accountability for bottom line results
