Job summary

Kerry Evansville, IN location (Coatings division) is seeking a 3rd shift Production Supervisor to efficiently execute the production schedule, develop SOPs with site engineers, and ensure regulatory and company standards are met.

The ideal candidate holds a four-year degree in engineering, food technology or business, 2–5 years in a food plant with leadership experience, and familiarity with SAP and lean manufacturing.

Qualifications

• A four year degree preferred in engineering, food technology or business.
• 2 to 5 years experience in a food plant or related industry; leadership experience desirable.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing methodology.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently execute the production schedule.
• Develop and maintain effective Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with site engineers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Manage the production department budget.
• Collaborate with the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) officer to ensure a safe workplace.
• Ensure products are manufactured to specification and minimize losses.
• Monitor and manage performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Our Evansville, IN location is part of the Coatings division, and creates various breading, batter, and coatingblends for Kerry brands and customers. We currently employ around 165 employees. We are a part of theEvansville Local Labor union 561.

Compensation Data

The pay range for this position is $63,000 to 95,400 in Annual Salary . Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role . Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case . The specific compensation offered to a candidate within the above range may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity .
