Job summary

Kerry in Evansville, IN is seeking a Production Manager to lead the Coatings production schedule and SOPs, ensuring regulatory compliance and budget management. You will collaborate with HSE and engineers to maintain a safe, efficient operation and drive performance with KPIs.

The ideal candidate holds a four-year degree in engineering, food technology or business with 2–5 years in a food plant, and SAP experience; lean and continuous improvement mindset is essential.

• Manage the production department budget.
• Collaborate with the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) officer to ensure a safe workplace.
• Ensure products are manufactured to specification and minimize losses.
• Monitor and manage performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Where You'll Work Our Evansville, IN location is part of the Coatings division, and creates various breading, batter, and coating blends for Kerry brands and customers. We currently employ around 165 employees. We are a part of the Evansville Local Labor union 561.

Compensation Data The pay range for this position is $63,000 to 95,400 in Annual Salary. Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate within the above range may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
